Do Not Allow Duplicate Contacts by restricting the email address would be very helpful. We have sales people using their own email address and it creates problems. Also, a returning customer wouldn't be entered twice.

Would be nice to de clutter search results in filters by hiding archived stores.

It would be cool and also very useful to be able to view all the TSA data from one page; say Manage Orders. I think we are actually close to that already; could we add columns for this data yet? Bill to phone and email; Ship to phone and email; Order Date

It would be very helpful to be able to login as another user for assisting sales people etc. That way you could login and adjust their views for them etc.

We are having an issues that sales people don't pay attention, and don't wait for the building assets to be completely saved before sending for signature or generating a PDF. This will make the 3D drawing not available or changes not be applied. All this could be avoided if the sales person would just have to wait until they are saved to send for signature or generate PDF.

We use building model(size and style) for a lot. Would be nice to have it visible as a column in our views(just like in orders or quotes) so we don't have to click to find out what size and style that order is.

It would eliminate a click if you could customize which tab the View Modal opened to. Most of the time when I click on the View icon in Manage Orders, I want to see the Order tab and the default is the Track Order tab.

We are setting views for all the users in our company, and I have to go through every computer and set the right views and filter so each one can see everything accurately. It would be a good feature to be able to have a custom default set of views for the company or be able to save individual views that users can add quickly. Similar to what Hubspot has for their contact lists.

On the work order would like the floor plan of the building to be bigger, on big buildings small details like some measurements and specially electrical options is to small to even be able to see. Maybe do a full page for just the floor plan at least on the bigger buildings or all of them.

When pulling reports it'd be super helpful to have the first name and last name of the customer to be separate rather than just "ship to" or "bill to". Also, if you're selling to a business, have a "company name" field.
