It would be helpful to have a price calculation option based on porch square footage, such as calculating the cost of upgrading the porch to Trex® decking. In addition, there should be an option to calculate building square footage excluding the porch area—for example, to price an insulated floor without charging for the porch square footage.

Giving RTO companies access to their repo inventory would enable them to manage pricing adjustments, see where repos are relocated, and track sales more effectively.

When we paint doors a contrasting color the trim around the door is still the same as on the rest of the building. I'd love to see the trim color stay the same when someone chooses a contrasting door color.

While the color update is awesome it would be nice to be able to change the window frame colors for all windows with one click instead of having to do each window individually. While we offer both white and black frame windows it is extremely, extremely rare that there is a mix of both on a building. Allowing this would be a huge time savings especially on bigger buildings that have lots of windows.

Love the new color update but when you have multiple doors and or windows and the customer wants the trims or accents painted differently across multiples it is really confusing to know which window/door is 1, 2, 3, 4 etc under the color tab and requires a lot of guessing to get the right window or door that you are wanting to change colors on. I think it would be helpful if we could click directly on the door or window and have the ability to bring up the color options right there for the specific door or window.

Would be nice to have options that either require other options to be also selected or that cannot be combined with other. This way we can filter some options to be unavailable if a certain type of siding is selected for example. There are many ways this could be useful like also onsite vs delivered fully built.

It would be nice to be able to limit how many of a certain 3D option can be added. For example, on a deck, only one deck can be added. For some reason, when you add 3D to an item, the quantity constraint goes away.

We would like to request an enhancement to the RTO document template to support multiple predefined payment due dates. Specifically, we offer only two payment due date options: the 1st or the 15th of the month. We would like the ability to configure both of these as selectable options within the RTO application process. The idea is to allow the customer to choose either the 1st or the 15th during the RTO application, and then have the selected date automatically populate and display as the payment due date on the RTO contract. This would help streamline the process, reduce manual adjustments, and ensure consistency across agreements.

It would be helpful to have a notification triggered to the store/sales person when a stock model gets scheduled for delivery to the customer or a new inventory is scheduled for the store.

It would be very helpful to have Repo Credit Card Payments credited to the Owner (Rent to Own Company) of the building instead of to the manufacturer. As of now, we don't buyback repos and so the RTO company owns them. It is a hassle to make sure the payments get reimbursed to the RTO company. (And we get to absorb the cc processing fees🙁)
