Feature Requests

Any charges or deductions that get applied under the Order Options do not get deducted from the price on the Design Page. They do not show until you go to the Summary Page. This is frustrating when building a quote with a customer, especially when in person, you may have a delivery fee applied under Order Options but it's not showing in the total price until you go to the Summary Page, causing confusion at times.

It would be very helpful to be able to login as another user for assisting sales people etc. That way you could login and adjust their views for them etc.

Currently one has to navigate to the ellipsis, hover, and then select Load. Could we have an icon specifically to load the order/quote or even the functionality of clicking directly on the Order ID to load. Less clicks/hovers saves time!

We use Manage Throughput for about everything but you can't load orders here or have quick access to notes. It would be beneficial to have those features available just like they are in Manage Orders or Manage Quotes

Would be a time saver to be able to send bulk order confirmation requests for a certain date, etc. SMS capability would be great!

Request to allow more than two marketing images to pass through the API feed and display in SFS product listings. Currently, only two images are supported, which prevents dealers from showcasing all marked marketing images. Increasing the image limit will ensure all intended product images appear correctly for customers.

We use building model(size and style) for a lot. Would be nice to have it visible as a column in our views(just like in orders or quotes) so we don't have to click to find out what size and style that order is.

It would be helpful to have the option to add another email address when sending payment requests. For example: Orders purchased by an organization will often have a purchasing agent (whose email is on the order) and an accounts receivable department with a different email. It would be great to be able to add the AP email when sending a payment request.

We have several upgrades that will extend the build time by 1-2 weeks such as spray foam insulation and electrical packages. Could we have the ability to automatically extend the estimated delivery when a specific option is added to the quote/sales order?
