It would be extremely nice if an email could be triggered to the store and/or sales person when a delivery is scheduled. I know they can set the parameters in Manage Throughput to see when a delivery is scheduled but at the end of the day this is still another task the sales person needs to do. We can currently trigger emails when someone creates a design, when an order is processed, when an order is completed etc, etc, etc. So why can't we trigger off an email when delivery is scheduled?
