Feature Requests

We would like the ability to edit or customize fields directly on the order form. This would allow us to display deposit and payment breakdown information more clearly for customers without relying on contract language changes. At this time, the suggested workaround involves adding additional language to contracts. However, our contracts must meet legal and state requirements, and any changes would require legal review. Being able to manage this information directly on the order form would provide more flexibility and reduce the need for contract modifications.

It would be very helpful to our shop and finance department if the throughput value for a shed were shown on the work order. When we process a sale, we are given the option to adjust the throughput value, and that is very helpful, as we use that to calculate our shop pay. It would be even more useful to us if the throughput value went to the work order as well.

Any charges or deductions that get applied under the Order Options do not get deducted from the price on the Design Page. They do not show until you go to the Summary Page. This is frustrating when building a quote with a customer, especially when in person, you may have a delivery fee applied under Order Options but it's not showing in the total price until you go to the Summary Page, causing confusion at times.

Request to allow more than two marketing images to pass through the API feed and display in SFS product listings. Currently, only two images are supported, which prevents dealers from showcasing all marked marketing images. Increasing the image limit will ensure all intended product images appear correctly for customers.

We would love to be able to tag a specific user or role, and them get an email notification about it. This way we can communicate changes or important details and it all get's recorded under the order.

I would like to be able to assign a discount based on a percentage of the retail price of a building and have it place a banner on the inventory page that interfaces with the customer. Currently, the only option is a percentage of the shell price.

Allow Coming Soon Inventory Only For The Store/Sales Person that Ordered the Inventory. Additionally, Allow Sales Persons to Only See Buildings That Have a Production Status of ''Ready to Deliver.''

it would be nice if the RTO company could create a REPO request right in TSA and it would come up un the manufactures side that the shed needs picked up instead of having to either email or use a different software to manage the returns

A lot of organizations & government entities require that a PO# is listed on the invoice.

We are having an issues that sales people don't pay attention, and don't wait for the building assets to be completely saved before sending for signature or generating a PDF. This will make the 3D drawing not available or changes not be applied. All this could be avoided if the sales person would just have to wait until they are saved to send for signature or generate PDF.
