Please bring back the names on building returns! :) It used to have the customer name of who the building is supposed to be picked up from in pending deliveries but now it just says n/a. It makes it hard for the driver to find the building returns.

For pickup orders of building returns, no column is available to show the name of the customer from where it is being picked up. The pickup address is showing, but without clicking into the pickup order, you can't tell at a glance who the customer is. This is change due to a recent update. Locations are named in TSA, but that named location column is not available to display on that screen. If some column with that information would be made available, this would make it easier to readily identify the orders by name.

It would be helpful to have a notification triggered to the store/sales person when a stock model gets scheduled for delivery to the customer or a new inventory is scheduled for the store.

Would be a time saver to be able to send bulk order confirmation requests for a certain date, etc. SMS capability would be great!

We ask for pictures of where we are setting the shed as well as our access to said location. So far we have been uploading these pictures to the notes of a sale. It would be super helpful to send an email request to the customer asking for them to upload the pictures and have that linked to the delivery details for the driver to see.

Here’s some much needed update suggestions for the deliver side. Delivery paperwork needs to show the order date. Have a map available that shows customer deliveries. Be able to sort deliveries with filters delivery status pending, estimated, confirmed, completed. Also would like to be able to filter production status within the delivery map pending, production started, ready for delivery. Also be able to filter drivers and plants. This would help with dispatching tremendously. Also I could see on a map and one glance were all our buildings are getting delivered too. The calendar. The drivers need different colors. We have 3-4 different drivers in a calendar and it can get confusing very easily. There needs to be a easier way to change the drivers. We work out of the schedule/calendar when scheduling the shed and need to have the ability to change the driver at a click of a button on the schedule and not have to go back to the manage delivers every time to change a driver. We’ve been making due with what we have to work with but the delivery scheduling needs to have some major improvements so it can run smother for everyone working in that department. I know this part of The Shed App gets overlooked but its a very important piece and would appreciate some attention to this side of The Shed App.

It would be extremely nice if an email could be triggered to the store and/or sales person when a delivery is scheduled. I know they can set the parameters in Manage Throughput to see when a delivery is scheduled but at the end of the day this is still another task the sales person needs to do. We can currently trigger emails when someone creates a design, when an order is processed, when an order is completed etc, etc, etc. So why can't we trigger off an email when delivery is scheduled?

Could we somehow make that an order can be flagged by the drivers (or anybody) if it needs a repair? Occasionally a driver will damage a building during delivery and he’ll put notes and pictures onto the order but unless he says something to the dispatcher or the customer calls in or somebody by chance stumbles across it there is no way of knowing that something is needed because everybody except the driver and the customer is thinking that the building is built, delivered, paid for and all’s good……If we could somehow make it easy for the driver to flag the order, so that the main office gets notified immediately it would be much easier to get right on it without missing it and ending up with an unhappy customer.

Can we get a lead time disclaimer added to the automated email that customers get when the building gets processed? Below is a screenshot of what customers are currently getting. I would like this to say, "The estimated period for delivery is {date} to {date}, unless other arrangements are made."
