In Wisconsin we don't have the ability to offer Buy Down and in the payment screen it allows the customer to enter an amount...This is inaccurate and confusing when we have to try to explain to the customer that isn't really an option and figure out what to do with the funds. A simple verbiage edit for stating 'not eligible in WI'...or something to that effect, would be super helpful. see attached screen shot

It would be nice if we could choose which autopay methods to have available for our RTO contracts. Currently both the bank account and credit card are available in TSA for Autopay, but our RTO software only gives us the capability to use credit card for autopay.

Add the tag on the RTO side to collect Social Security numbers for the contract.

When printing an RTO quote, the document shows the monthly payments but does not show the initial down payment needed to place the order. Can you add the down payment to the quote in addition to the monthly payment?

Add the ability to select RTO as the purchase method, but this will not generate a contract.

Please let me know if there’s a way to offer a 54 month option. That is our most popular option here in Ohio and Pa and seems to be an industry standard in this region. The factor is 27.
