Feature Requests

It would be helpful to have a couple more things listed on the order form. Under the order information, something to note that it's a used building Under the purchase method section I'd like to have a method of payment (check, cash, cc, etc)

Could we have the size of the building selected on display at the bottom of the design screen? 10x16, 12x20 etc

We have several upgrades that will extend the build time by 1-2 weeks such as spray foam insulation and electrical packages. Could we have the ability to automatically extend the estimated delivery when a specific option is added to the quote/sales order?

Could we have the ability for landowners to electronically sign the RTO permissions form? Currently it has to be printed off and the landowner is never present at purchase making it difficult to get signatures in a timely manner.

It would be awesome to add a Buy now, Pay later option such as Affirm to TSA Payments, similar to how that worked with Stripe.

Currently if you reopen an order and add options it requires an additional deposit before you can finalize it even when the users settings have the permission to override the minimum deposit. This is frustrating especially when a customer adds a lower dollar option to the order and we are okay with not making them add to their original deposit but it still requires a deposit and the option is not there to override it like when placing the original order.

We at times have custom things added to the building that need drawn on blue print such as wiring packages (box locations). As it is currently, the print out of the plan view is on the same page as the 3D renderings. Could we have the option to print the plan view as a stand alone giving a full page view? This would make the grid lines easier to see and count (currently requires a magnifying glass) for drawing in those extra custom options.

It would be nice to have another selection under Availability (in an option) for Admin Only. Such as, when testing a new option and you don't want all salesperson users to see it, or you have an option that you only want available for Admin. It would also be nice to have the same option (Admin only) in models and designs. (I didn't look through all the requests to see if the same question is asked already or maybe there is another way to do it. If there is i would like to know) 😉

We use Manage Throughput for a lot of things, could the notes feature be added there?

We offer a wide variety of non-standard customizable options, it would be very helpful if we could have the option of adding a line item to the quote that can have customizable text and price. Currently we have to do an "order option" and then add notes which is not always a clear way of communicating with the customer, especially when there are multiple custom options on one order.
