Feature Requests

Vents are a 3D item, and a customer can remove them from the designer but there is not a line item to make the shop aware of them being removed. There is a workaround that only works if the customer finds it, under exterior options I have a "No Vents" line item. But you would have to know to mark the line item if the 3D item is removed. Would it be possible to tether the 3D vents to a line item so there is a required yes or no so the shop is aware to remove vents.

We would like the ability to edit or customize fields directly on the order form. This would allow us to display deposit and payment breakdown information more clearly for customers without relying on contract language changes. At this time, the suggested workaround involves adding additional language to contracts. However, our contracts must meet legal and state requirements, and any changes would require legal review. Being able to manage this information directly on the order form would provide more flexibility and reduce the need for contract modifications.

Any charges or deductions that get applied under the Order Options do not get deducted from the price on the Design Page. They do not show until you go to the Summary Page. This is frustrating when building a quote with a customer, especially when in person, you may have a delivery fee applied under Order Options but it's not showing in the total price until you go to the Summary Page, causing confusion at times.

We have several upgrades that will extend the build time by 1-2 weeks such as spray foam insulation and electrical packages. Could we have the ability to automatically extend the estimated delivery when a specific option is added to the quote/sales order?

It would be helpful to have a couple more things listed on the order form. Under the order information, something to note that it's a used building Under the purchase method section I'd like to have a method of payment (check, cash, cc, etc)

Could we have the size of the building selected on display at the bottom of the design screen? 10x16, 12x20 etc

Could we have the ability for landowners to electronically sign the RTO permissions form? Currently it has to be printed off and the landowner is never present at purchase making it difficult to get signatures in a timely manner.

It would be awesome to add a Buy now, Pay later option such as Affirm to TSA Payments, similar to how that worked with Stripe.

Currently if you reopen an order and add options it requires an additional deposit before you can finalize it even when the users settings have the permission to override the minimum deposit. This is frustrating especially when a customer adds a lower dollar option to the order and we are okay with not making them add to their original deposit but it still requires a deposit and the option is not there to override it like when placing the original order.

We at times have custom things added to the building that need drawn on blue print such as wiring packages (box locations). As it is currently, the print out of the plan view is on the same page as the 3D renderings. Could we have the option to print the plan view as a stand alone giving a full page view? This would make the grid lines easier to see and count (currently requires a magnifying glass) for drawing in those extra custom options.
