When filling out the form in ShedApp, like the one shown in the attached screenshot, is it possible to add an additional question to this form (or to the other form if that's the better option)?

Our marketing team would like to ask the following question:

Please ask the shedd app team: Adding a new field to label new contacts in the Shed app form: “Where did this person come from?” > Walk-ins, Facebook/Meta, Facebook/Marketplace, Calls, Email, Other. Let us know when this is done and Jimmy can map this in HubSpot.

We are hoping for a drop down selection, but please let us know what else could work.
