Can we vote 100 times on this? The ability to discount based on the subtotal, not the shell price is greatly needed! For example, when selling wholesale, it needs to be x% off of the subtotal, and that just isn't possible with the current setup. I believe this is already a feature request since 2022, but I haven't seen that it has been put in the roadmap.
