Use Avalara instead of Taxjar

Would it be possible to use Avalara instead of Taxjar?https://www.avalara.com/us/en/index.html One customer says he is currently having to give lots of tax refunds to his Utah customers (typically $100-$150) based on the fact that Taxjar calculated the tax incorrectly. When running through Avalara, it is more accurate because it is based on the "roof of the house" instead of on zipcode.

Bob Oxley When the street address is entered into TaxJar, then the sales rate is calculated correctly. Can TSA feed TaxJar both the street address and zip code?

If Avalara can figure Colorado sales tax correctly, then that would be a good change. We have location based sales tax and if a customers address isn't known by Taxjar, Taxjar will figure tax on the closest city, when in most cases they are outside of the city limits and should not be charged city tax.

If Avalara can figure Florida sales tax correctly I would definitely support this change! :)
We have a discretionary sales tax (different for every county) on the first $5,000 of a sale and then that is dropped for anything over $5,000. Taxjar can't figure it out.
