Bob Oxley It would be really nice if we could have the new order form ask for a second phone number to contact the customer. With how many times people change their phone numbers or don't answer. We just had an older guy come in who only spoke through his voice box in his throat. And he never answers his phone. Luckly the salesman put down a reference that referred him here. I called her and she worked with his wife and through that contact. I got her phone number. (Just my thoughts.)
