Sending the money from cash sales of used buildings directly to the RTO Company

Is there a way we can send the cash from a used building purchased outright directly to the RTO company instead of us collecting it and then having to pay them a different way?

As of now we are running all used buildings through as a RTO and let the customer use the 90 days same as cash option. It's a way to get around the cash coming to us.
