Need new fields to pull accurate reports for building inventory.

Possibly:

1) Date Became Inventory

2) Date Left Inventory

3) Is Inventory?

Hypothetical: I want want to see how many buildings were in inventory during the month of September. This would include buildings that had been produced last year and even during September.
