It would be nice to have an "attachment gallery" where we can view thumbnails of all pictures and attachments for all orders by format or date or any other important filter.

I like it! Along with this, add another tag such as "Gallery" that would dictate whether an attachment would be displayed in the Gallery Page. We have our delivery drivers upload a picture of the completed delivery and it would be great to have an easy way of finding good pictures for marketing, etc.
