Add ability to choose / upgrade wall height on building designs

When a canceled order is converted to an inventory request, the original customer order disappears. It would be great to still have a copy of the canceled order for refunds, records, etc.

Consider adding the option to allow leads to have the "Sign in with Google/Facebook" instead of having to manually enter their information to access the design page or save their quote.
